Loved the charming view of the cathedral from my King Suite, made my stay truly special! 🌟 Although the elevator was broken initially, the location was superb for exploring Puebla!

i had the most underwhelming stay at casa rosa gran hotel boutique. first of all, the toilet leaked AND the AC only worked for 5 minutes. so much for comfort, right? expecting a room upgrade after those inconveniences was clearly too much to ask. the 'charming' air freshener smelled like loo cleaner, disgusting! i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
A dream location across from the grand cathedral! The charm of the room coupled with good wifi made for a delightful stay.
Not ideal if you're a light sleeper. expect noise from the nearby restaurant and church bells at dawn.

missingWrote a review on 20 Septking suiteboutique stylebroken elevator
The King Suite offered a amazing view of the surroundings, creating a nice atmosphere. The unique boutique style added a distinct charm to the overall experience.
The elevator was broken for the first two days. The Standard Suite had a strong, unpleasant odor from an air freshener, and the water was cold-so much for a comfortable shower. Issues with the lights made it difficult to get ready, ruining the flow of our mornings.
